Usage Restrictions
The prohibited locations, platforms, and operational applications for our products are set forth below.
1) AETES products shall not be used for any of the following purposes:
a) Domestic and residential applications
b) Personal, consumer, or hobbyist use
c) Experimental and research studies
d) Educational and instructional activities
e) Medical, healthcare, or clinical procedures
2) AETES products shall not be used in the positions:
a) On desktops, workbenches, or tabletops
b) On portable service carts, utility trolleys, or wheeled service units
c) In any environment where the product is not permanently mounted
3) AETES products shall not be operated, installed, or deployed on the following platforms and vehicles:
a) Small-tonnage vessels and light watercraft
b) Aircraft and aerial vehicles of any kind
c) Tracked or wheeled ground vehicles
d) Aircraft carriers
e) Elevators
4) AETES products shall not be deployed or operated within the following facilities:
a) Foreing military bases
b) Shared-use (joint) military bases
c) Military installations hosting nuclear weapons
d) Military air bases of any kind
5) AETES products shall not be sold, exported, re-exported, transshipped, or dispatched to the following destinations:
a) Countries or territories actively engaged in war
b) Countries experiencing civil war
c) Occupied territories and regions
d) Any country not explicitly declared in the initial order confirmation
e) Countries or states subject to sales prohibitions imposed by AETES
f) Countries subject to sanctions imposed by the country where the relevant AETES product is made or shipped
